Who we are
Cloud100 is a youth-focused nonprofit dedicated to supporting underserved young people as they transition into adulthood.
We recognize that many youth face complex challenges: economic barriers, limited access to guidance, disrupted education, and unmet mental health needs; that traditional workforce programs alone do not address.
Cloud100 responds with an integrated approach that combines:
Workforce readiness and career exploration
Life skills and confidence-building
Trauma-informed, ethically designed support systems
Our work centers the belief that young people succeed when they are supported as whole individuals, not just as future employees.
Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and responsible innovation, Cloud100 helps youth build resilience, clarity, and pathways toward employment, education, and long-term stability.

Extend: We collaborate with community partners, employers, educators, and licensed professionals to connect youth to opportunities beyond our programs.
